FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need a GPS tracker?

For live tracking, trip history and security alerts, yes. Veloce Track works with SinoTrack ST-901 and other H02 trackers, and with phone apps that send OsmAnd-format locations, such as Traccar Client. Expenses, fuel and maintenance work without any tracker.

Which vehicles are supported?

Motorcycles, three-wheelers, cars, vans, SUVs, trucks, buses and more — petrol, diesel, hybrid or electric.

Can I use it on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Veloce Track is built for iOS and Android, and the web app works in any browser today. App Store and Google Play releases are coming soon.

Which languages are available?

Sinhala, Tamil and English. You can switch at any time from the welcome screen or Settings.

Will I get false theft alarms?

Veloce Track ignores normal GPS drift inside the zone you chose. It alerts you only when the vehicle is confirmed outside the zone or is clearly driving away.

Can I manage more than one vehicle?

Yes. Add as many vehicles as you need, switch between them with one tap, and see combined or per-vehicle analytics.

Is my location data private?

Yes. Your vehicle positions are delivered only to you, and raw GPS data is deleted automatically after 4 days.
